Chengdu Xinghua Engineering Service Co., Ltd. was established on December 3, 2004 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The company is mainly engaged in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, housing construction engineering construction, municipal engineering construction, engineering labor and engineering consulting services.

There are more than 30 managers in the company's headquarters, including general manager's working department, asset finance department, international engineering department, engineering technology department, quality safety department, market development department, security department, etc. The company has more than 600 professional and technical workers for a long time, including excavation, formwork installation, reinforcement fabrication and installation, plastering, bricklaying, concrete pouring, painting, decoration, water and electricity installation, metal structure installation, switch station and transmission and transformation line installation. These professional and technical workers have work experience in Sudan, Angola, Nigeria, Syria, Laos, Congo (DRC) and other countries. Among the members of the company, there are 3 graduate students, 3 undergraduate students, 6 junior college students, more than 20 technical backbones of housing construction and hydropower construction. They have rich experience in housing construction, water conservancy and hydropower construction.

Since December 2004, our company has successively participated in the construction of main structure of Merowe dam in Sudan, the construction of basic treatment works of Yunnan Saizhu Hydropower Station and Sichuan LVYE Hydropower Station, the construction of civil works of Tai'an section of Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway, and the construction of Wanze Hydropower Station in Qinshui County, Shanxi Province; maintenance and construction of Tishrin Hydropower Station in Syria; reconstruction and expansion project of Ndjili International Airport in Kinshasa, DRC; construction of Kinshasa real estate project of WIETC Zhengwei (DRC) company; construction of Goma stadium project in DRC; currently, construction of Goma water supply project in DRC is under way.

The company shall construct in strict accordance with the requirements of the owner and Party A and the drawings. In the process of construction, the first pass rate of each project quality shall be 100%, the project progress shall meet the requirements of Party A, and the project rules and regulations shall be strictly observed.
